From an early age, Karen always dreamed of bringing new ideas to life as she was her dad’s little helper for home décor and repairs. She went on to graduate with honors from Veritas University in Costa Rica with a BA in Architecture. 

Karen got experience in her profession by working in architecture design offices, helping colleagues with drawings and creating live AutoCAD workshops. Because of her acquired drafting skills, In 2014 Karen obtained her second degree in BA in Interior Design from the Miami International University of Art and Design (MIU). Becoming an interior designer was a natural transition for Karen as she decided to start her own interior design company, KAZA Interiors in 2016. 

Since starting the firm, Karen has been building an important portfolio of projects and clients that include more than fifty different interior design boutique firms and real estate agents, as well as Contractors and Developers around the US. 

Karen enjoys traveling the world with her husband to explore modern and historic architecture and interiors.
