Lesson 7 - Layer Sets

Layer Sets and Settings

Layer Sets define the different ‘locations’ assigned to each element. For example, they layer ‘Furniture, Interior’ will include all furnishings and symbols that have been assigned to that layer. Depending on what you are trying to show either in a drawing, rendering, or general view, you will turn the layers on and off, change line weights, line colors, lock the layer, line type, etc.

Each Layer Set is/will be formatted to depict the information needed in the particular view.
