Lesson 6 - Library Browser Catalog Options

Core Catalogs - the standard library collections available to Chief Architect users.

Chief Architect Bonus Catalogs - Available for download, generally included with SSA and/or subscriptions, these catalogs build upon the generic elements in the Core Catalogs. You can review, download, and install these items from the Chief Architect website.

Manufacturer Catalogs - Also available on the Chief Architect website, the Manufacturer Catalogs include collections or models and materials available for specification by current manufacturers, including Sherwin Williams, Ceaserstone, Brizo, Kohler, and GE Appliances just to name a few.

User Catalogs - Totally customizable by each user, these catalogs are built and formatted by a user and generally set up to interact accordingly with the software. There are various ways you can add to your User Catalog and we’ll be going over that in more detail throughout this course. I 100% suggest getting in the habit of organizing your user catalog from the start using folders.
