  • WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW TO PREPARE FOR OUR SESSION?

    Making sure that you’re fully prepared and ready for your training session can help both parties make the most out of the time. Prior to your training session, please make sure that you have the following:

    Download & Install all necessary software. The training will be using YOUR computer and software. Photoshop is recommended for all training options.

    Your Computer Meets the Software Requirements (use the Recommended Minimum rather than the minimum as a base point) to efficiently run everything.

    Download and Install Zoom to Your Computer. In order for your to record and share your screen with us you’ll need to make sure to Login to your Zoom account via the app on your computer. Using a web browser will not allow these features.

    Microphone and Video Camera

    Having a Microphone installed prior to our sessions is VERY important. If your computer does not have a microphone, nor a camera we recommend investing in one prior to the training.

  • ARE THE SESSIONS RECORDED?

    As fellow designers and visual learners, we’ve found that to get the most out of these sessions it’s best to learn while we work on one of YOUR projects and you RECORD the session to be saved on your computer. This is all performed via Zoom using YOUR version of whatever software your training is purchased for.

    The one-on-one training is directly tailored to your needs and how you learn best (virtually). We HIGHLY recommend you have a project you’d like to work on prior to scheduling your sessions, We’ve found that learning using an active project will ‘sink in’ faster and easier.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS? DO THE SESSIONS EXPIRE?

    All sales are final and non-refundable. All 1:1 training sessions expire 90 days from purchase.
